There will also be full equipment, including an iron, kettle, cutlery or cutlery, allowing you to freely use the apartment. Moreover, each apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Choosing a fully furnished apartment, you do not waste time completing the equipment and you can move in immediately. The space and furniture to size are designed to accommodate all the things necessary for everyday functioning, and the high-class equipment will make you feel at home – no matter if you stay here for a longer time or it will be a temporary accommodation during a weekend trip .

Residents of the building also have access to the roof terrace and the restaurant on the ground floor of the building. There are also parking spaces in front of the building, which is a great convenience for motorists.

We offer a flexible lease (contract for an indefinite period) with a two-month notice period. You don’t have to commit to a long-term contract. However, if you want to live longer, you can use the contract for 12 months at a lower deposit.

The rent includes all administrative and mediation fees. electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. Don’t worry about bills and live without worries by paying the same monthly rent.
